Overlooking the lake and a short drive from town, Jarvis Bay hosts an ample trail system that offers front-country hiking in the summer and cross-country skiing/snowshoeing in winter.
Sylvan Lake Gulls
Cheer on the local team! The stands are often packed, and excitement is palatable at a Sylvan Lake Gulls game. Expect to see top college prospects from both sides of the border in this wood bat league.
Winter Village
Over 300,000 twinkling lights wrap the Pier each year from December to March. Grab a hot cocoa, don your mittens, and take a stroll under the dazzling winter light display beside the lake. Cozy up next to a bonfire or grab your skates to enjoy the glowing skating rinks.
Lighthouse
One of the only lighthouses between the Pacific Coast and Lake Winnipeg! Take a walk along the boardwalk and check out this Sylvan Lake icon, modelled after the famous Peggy's Cove structure.
